“We had received wonderful reviews from family and friends about the Westin Reserva Conchal resort in Costa Rica. We decided to spend 8 days at this resort for our honeymoon. Our first night was in a room with 2 full size beds and we had reserved a king bed. The second day, they moved us into our King room. Both were large and beautiful. Staff was very accommodating. “I loved the property. The room I stayed in was nice and I had a small balcony area which was nice. The buffet food was okay. It wasn’t bad just nothing too crazy. However the food options for dinner at the other restaurants were really good. The staff was decent however I had a few instances where I was waiting on line and the staff bypassed me and interacted with the Spanish speaking person first. It happened when I was checking in and also while waiting in line for dinner; that put a bad taste……

“We are so glad to have stayed at this wonderful property. You are well looked after with amenities such as laundry (and detergent), separate bedrooms and living areas, a kitchen with all appliances - even a dishwasher.
