“The staff at the front desk are very nice.”

“This was a great place to stay. No windows in the room so if you want to sleep in, the sun won’t wake you. Comfortable bed, parking was cheaper than public parking around town. Be prepared to tip the Valets, though. So glad we stayed here!”

“Absolutely perfect location. Easy to walk to historic district, French quarter, popular restaurants and shopping. Charleston market right next door. Loved our double balcony luxury room. A little noisy as they opened to the market side. Room was a little rough looking for being recently renovated. Great shower/bath. Wished the balconies were large enough for chairs but they allowed for lots of fresh air and views. Rooftop bar/pool provided stunning city and sunset views. Staff were……

“Great location, tastefully decorated. Lovely amenities-we especially enjoyed the wine and cheese display and milk and cookies before bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay!”

“Stay was nice. Only issue was my room was not made up on the first day until 4pm. By that time, I was in the room and relaxing before dinner and did not want to be disturbed. The housekeeper did give me more towels and water, which was nice.”

“I was disappointed that there were no ice machines and that there were no room service options. (Namely coffee) I’m unsure where this information is but perhaps you could better inform people. ”
