“Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically……

“V nice room for a family stay - we got the "king bed suite". Only complaint is the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable (compared to other sofa beds we have used). But the hotel is really nice otherwise.”

“Amazing stay at HGU! we will be back! Every single staff member we interacted with was kind and so helpful. The coffee shop in the lobby is incredible and convenient. Easy 20 minute walk to Times Square and so close to the subway. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We will be back!!!”
