“Very cozy hotel. Bedding is pretty clean. And the room met expectation. One block away from subway transportation makes it very convenient to travel around Manhattan. Fire department and police station are also one block away, which makes the surrounding area very safe. ”

“There is an extra 30 dollars facility fee per night, including WiFi Gym and etc. I don't like this point. The others are all good.”

“I stayed here with 3 friends for a girls’ trip. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The price was fair, and our room was spacious, which is unusual for NYC. It was comfortable and pretty quiet as well. The window curtains blocked out light completely so the room could stay dark even in the daylight. Staff was friendly and the bar area downstairs was so nice. Highly recommend this place!”

“During the afternoon nap, the attendant entered the room without knocking, prepared to check out, took out the wallet in the safe and found that five hundred dollars were missing! It's really scary.”

“I dont understand the low ratings for this hotel. But when my wife and I did an unplanned trip to nyc, we booked this hotel and it was amazing. Cant complaint about anything except the sink was too big that it was way too close to the toilet, forcing you to learn a bit forward when you sit on it. Other than that, the room was client and comfortable, the location was amazing. Most important of all was the staff.”

“Very nice, courteous staff. Great location. Beautiful linens. Fresh towels daily. Unfortunately, the hotel has changed owner,and there is building work on daily. There were no facilities, foyer,lounge, settees, bar rooftopbar restaurant etc. Im sure it will be beautiful when completed”
