“We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and modern. However, the owners might want to upgrade the levalor blinds to higher-quality ones, preferably with blackout options like those found in most hotels. Additionally, you are not insulated from the crashing noises of other guests and service staff crashing around outside your room. The elevators felt a bit slow, and we weren't particularly impressed with the hotel food. Luckily, there are many tasty options nearby. ”

“Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants  nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages.  Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically……

“A small cozy boutique hotel that ticks all the boxes of convenience, comfort and cleanliness. Although the room was small but it was very comfortable. I was surprised to find it so quiet at night even though we were right in the middle of Times Square! Both my son and I slept very well in the 5 nights we were there. The breakfast was also delicious and the restaurant is really gorgeous. The only negative thing I could think of is the so-called front desk. The staff is constantly on their phone……
