“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”

“Since we checked in with Gabriel we felt very welcomed. Great recommendations on where to go, friendliness and professionalism. The restaurant is very nice. Life music, great food. Very pet friendly. Nice and specious room, big swimming pool, nice area very close to river walk and the museum. I’d definitely come back”

“From the moment my family arrived and the valet opened our door , I knew it was going to be a very top notch stay . The check-in went smooth. The 3 pools were beautiful and the service was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the Gulf was incredible and the shopping around the hotel was very walkable. This is our new go to hotel. Had a very great time.”
