“The swimming pool is great! But the street racers really made very loud noises in the middle of night. It’s hard to have a good sleep. It’s better to choose room at higher floor. ”

“The reception desk is helpful but need to improve the communication between internal staffs and prevent to provide wrong information to the guest. Such as the closing time of the poolside bar, the reception mentioned it close at 0000, therefore we went there at 22:30 and order drinks. However, the bar said they closed at 23:00 and black out the whole venue sharply. Besides the communication breakdown, overall the staffs are nice as helpful”

“the room really wasn’t very clean at all, especially the toilet, really not clean. i scan their QR code to ask for extra soap bar and box of tissue, i waited for two days, i never received them, at end of two days, i had to go downstairs to reception to ask for them, plus on that day, i am using the last roll of toilet paper. they did not replenish with extra roll after room service. really not happy with the hotel. the staff at reception was very nice though. and the hotel is situated in a……

“Room size is large enough. Choose having laundry machine deluxe room if you stay several days in KL. Swimming pool is good and the facilities in gym room seem fine.”

“地點較偏但安靜..行去附近商場要8分鐘.. 最近7-11步行2分鐘.. 叫車回酒店入錯路口就大排兜..要視乎司機資力”

“Clean and enough space”

“並非所有房間均有海景，訂四晚住宿雖然有要求高樓層海景房，但第一天被安排在低樓層望街道及樓宇。與經理爭論被配房間與Hotel.com列明海景房不符，仍要第二天才能換到六樓免强有半海景。最差的是自助早餐，質量一般傾向馬來西亞食品而且天天一樣。”
