“This hotel was lovely. The staffs were so friendly. The pool were open 24 hours so you can relax yourself anytime. However, the room space was a little small for family. Shower room had no door and floor got wet easily. But we still had a wonderful stay.”

“Stayed for 2 nights. Excellent room. 2 bedrooms with a kitchen. Room facilities and kitchen ware were awesome. The settings in the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms made the whole thing cosy. A garage for car parking. Very close to Big Bear Village and the lake, walking distance. Close to nearby supermarket that allowed me to make breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend!”

“This place was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I like to stay close to Palm springs and this was a perfect location. Very private with nice pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains were absolutely amazing. We got to see the sunrise and the sunset. The property manager/owner was a phone call away if we needed anything. Love this place and we are coming back soon!”

“We used this as a base camp for hiking. It was a very nice place to relax after a long hike. ”

“The house was cozy, very close to downtown. We did not hear any airplanes we sleep very comfortably. There is a pool and jacuzzi but there is a charge to heat the hot tub (it is cold) and pool. Our property manager was quick on replying and on the 5 days we stayed she did stop by to check on us and see if wee needed anything Overall a comfortable rental ”

“Loved staying in a historic home. The décor was stunning. However due to its open concept & cement floors you hear everything. Was not happy that we were told after we booked that it would be a large amount of money a day to heat the very small pool which was not as clean as we would have liked. Also wished there had been more comfortable outdoor seating & interior shades for the house got really hot during the day & took a long time to cool.”

“This place was not as advertised, and should honestly be taken down as an option to stay at until things get improved or drop the price significantly. It smelled horrible and old. It was freezing. The mattress had stains on it. The hot tub that was advertised was covered in dirt, pine needles and bird poop. The decor is overwhelming and straight from the 60s and not in a charming way. The photos on this site do not represent to the real degree of what this place looked like. I took both videos……

“The house was nicely appointed, better than expected. Pool & backyard was sweet, spent a while there. Now, entering the house was a different matter. After we arrived from a long drive, we did not expect to do battle with the front door lock nor search the perimeter of the house just to figure out how to get in. Our door code did not work. Texted with an AvantStay contact as they walked us thru entering codes while pulling know towards us and listening for clicks. Spent a long time trying to get……
