“This hotel has a lot going for it: great, waterfront location, helpful staff, good on-site restaurants. Sadly, maintenance seems to be slipping thru the cracks. We stayed 3 nights and 3 times maintenance had to come get our AC working again - definitely a must have in hot, humid Wilmington. Sadly, that wadb't our only maintenance issue. The vaniyy light was not working in the bathroom so had to be replaced. The safe didn't work - it looked like someone took it apart and didn't put it back……

“Staff was super nice and very accommodating. My room had been incredibly cleaned and included some nice personal touches like snacks and drinks. The complimentary drink from the next door bar was also enjoyable I do have to comment on the nice interior design too - iss cute or whateva ;) Super close to a small convenience store and plenty of restaurants / bars. Basically, you should book here!”

“This property is in an awsome location. We parked the car and did not get back in it until the end of our stay. The riverwalk, shops and dining were all wonderful. The area is noisy at night, but knowing that up-front was helpful.”
