“Great location. Ambience was amazing. Will book again. ”

“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“Beautiful property, but a bit overpriced for the service that was provided. Parking was also expensive, costing $24/night, which they didn’t state until you checked in. Also, front desk staff could have been friendlier. ”

“Had an overall great stay. Great central location. Top notch front of house staff. Option to valet or to self park in the garage next door at a reduced rate. Clean comfortable room. The only area for improvement is lack of consistency from housekeeping. Would still highly recommend. ”

“The property itself was of standard cleanliness and safety. The area of downtown Atlanta is rough but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Convenient location. The staff was somewhat non-responsive to requests in service with long waits or requests that were forgotten about or confused. Small things tho. All in all, a good stay. ”
