“This is absolutely a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the torture chair and no foot stool. The chair was put in for appearance not comfort. Wood arms with no padding and no back support even with pillows behind you. Other than that everything was great.”

“If you go to Gatlinburg, STAY HERE!!! This place was amazing. The view was of course our favorite! Every room has their own balcony over the river that you can fish from! The rooms were perfect! Clean, big enough, and very comfortable beds/pillows. They provided shower toiletries and robes. The staff was friendly and attentive. There is no office, but rather a hostess stand outside that you check into. Each room also comes with your own parking spot! Fridge and Bourbon bar (for extra fee).……
