“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”

“The home was super clean and spacious. The front desk staff contacted us before our arrival and were super attentive. Location is perfect as it’s in a nice community and 20 mins from tubing or skiing. Downtown Truckee is only 10 mins away.”

“The so called village is extremely convienient and build as many of them around the country and I would compare it to Stowe, VT. The condo has been remodeled and I am not judging the quality of work.the owner was extremely responsive with any concernes. Our issue were dirty sheets that appeared to be more cleverly cheated by the cleaning service than really cleaned - issue solved new sheets provided. Another problem that I personally had were dirty HVAC grill (return grill in the bathroom with……

“we were 4 people but had only 2 set of towels. We contacted customers service and property manager to let them know. They promised they would bring more towels and take care of it but nothing happened. besides this issue everything was fine. ”
