“Overall we had a pretty good stay. We really like the area. The beach is right across the street and nice and quiet. There are three main things needed to make a hotel good. Clean, safe, good bed. The first two delivered…the bed however was too firm. My German friends would love it, not me nor my hubby. The showers had endless hot water. The ice machine had lovely ice like Sonic. The pool was waaaay too warm. It was like swimming in a hot spring. The check in was fairly easy. It was rather odd……

“The home was super clean and spacious. The front desk staff contacted us before our arrival and were super attentive. Location is perfect as it’s in a nice community and 20 mins from tubing or skiing. Downtown Truckee is only 10 mins away.”

“Mostly everything was ok except they did not told us that they were gonna be working on the streets so we didn’t had water for the first 2 nights and that was an issue. We didn’t have a iron in the house. ”

“This one of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed at. The decorating was just our style, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom perfect for our needs. If we'd stayed longer, we'd have definitely used the kitchen for a meal or two. ”

“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”
