“Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast und rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal – eine U-Bahn-Station befindet sich direkt in der Nähe, was die Erkundung der Stadt sehr einfach macht. Auch die Klimaanlage hat an warmen Tagen zuverlässig funktioniert. “I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available. I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked. “First, impolite front desk staff refuse to answer and rude. I held a T-10 transport ticket to show her and ask " Can I use this ticket for the bus?" . She replied me "We are not selling this, we are not ParkNShop". Ok fine. She doesn't even understand my question so i just repeat my question. You know what? She just head down and pretend not hearing my girlfriend and me. Seriously? Do you know what service and polite are. She never speaks to us afterwards ,not even tell us to wait a minute.……
