“Beautiful oasis in the heart of Old Town Key West. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk at check in to the bartenders, to the pool and custodial staff. The three pools form hubs from which the rooms and amenities branch off. Staying in the Annex was a smart choice as we could retreat there and be just off a pool or wander not too far back to one of the two main pools by the bar and lobby. My only critique is that the bed and pillows were too soft for my liking and they didn't……
