“The overall stay was enjoyable. Staff, hotel restaurant staff was amazing. House keeping was a different experience. Knocking on the door starting at 7:45am, again at 8:22am opening the door to peak in to see if we were in the room. Again at 9:30am letting themselves in to ask if we were checking out. “I would have given 5 stars, but the day before we checked out, housekeeping did a terrible job and that put a damper on things. Also, the robes that had been requested before our trip were not in our room. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay. ”
