“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. EXCELLENT service - I messaged the hotel multiple times on Expedia before I arrived in Portugal to help me make reservations. They always responded within a couple hours. Upon check in, they gave us additional recommendations on places to eat, things to do, and helped us make additional dinner and wine tasting reservations. They gave us a glass of wine, took our bags to our rooms promptly, gave us a tour of the property amenities, and took us……

“房間空間超大，有完整的廚房與廚具(鍋碗瓢盆....)應有盡有，以及有絕美河景與Ponte Dom Luís大橋。在房間即可看波多的日出。 但沒有陽台，只有窗邊臥榻區。 飯店早餐採buffet式，可與服務人員點各類蛋料理(如炒蛋,煎蛋,歐姆蛋...等)及飲料。 游泳池spa池雖然不大但很漂亮，需要預約(每個時段人數不多)。感謝工作人員貼心提醒，可一次預留1時段以上。 飯店頂樓有露天bar，有提供酒與簡單的餐點(湯,牛排,三明治,沙拉..等)，滿好吃得且價格不會太貴。”

“Lovely hotel with such a special vibe. Felt so welcomed once you stepped in the hotel. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The room is not big (especially the shower area) but very well-equipped. The bed was super comfy. Such a splendid experience.”

“It was not easy to find as there has no significant hotel name on the entrance. There has 2 or 3 staircases on the entrance which is not convenient for the customers when they have large luggage. The house-keeping team seems to be a bit careless without checking everything properly before release the room to new visitors. ”
