“Very disappointing stay considering paying up to Euro 1500/ ++ per night F&B - 2 out of 3 restaurants are booked for event and not available to guest - Food quality is subpar (from breakfast to dinner) Spa - Spa is fully booked for the entire weekend (no slots reserved for in house guests), we asked during booking whether spa needs to be book ahead and was assured availability upon arrival - Heated pool temperature is lukewarm at most Room - Sound proof in bedroom is very poor, you can……

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“The rooms are beautiful in this hotel, plus the rooftop restaurant/bar offers great views of Como and the Lake when the weather cooperates! All the staff were wonderful, expesically the Front desk girls and the Head Concierge, Alberto, who went "above and beyond" to help me correct some logistic issues and arrange a private boat tour up the lake to my next hotel!”

“Absolutely amazing hotel! From the staff to the food to the location it truly is beautiful. Standard of service food and facilities is top class! I’ve been to a lot of hotels in my time and this is probably the best one I’ve ever been to! “在這漂亮的酒店住了4個晚上，感覺舒適，酒店提供免費電動汽車服務，很體貼，雖然我們自己租了一架大Van,但平日出入用酒店提供的smart car 到市區很方便，餐飲方面，有2晚在酒店餐廳用餐，食物及餐酒都不錯，惟早餐所提供的食物種類及質量較一般。另一點不太滿意的地方是，這酒店出名的水療中心，我們三位女士原想安排水療服務，但原來他們只有兩名一男一女的服務員，所以不能安排同一時間做spa,故我們只能放棄，有點失望。”
