“Our stay was okay. The bed was a bit lumpy when we sat on it, but we seemed to sleep okay. The bathroom was huge, with 2 sinks, a toilet, bidet & separate shower, but there is no way we would’ve used the shower, so was glad there was a bath to use, which was bigger than average! The shower looked like it would’ve been a good experience, but the shower heads were mouldy & the outlets were so full of limescale, it just made us cringe! “I have often stayed at this hotel when travelling for business in the area and it never disappoints. The service, staff, ambience, excellent food and easy car parking, makes it a must stay. “Such a beautiful stay at the Staycation Maldon. Very nice location at the heart of the high trees. The suite was very beautifully decorated for Christmas and this really made it very special. Spacious rooms with kitchen made it super convenient and comfortable. Aircon/Heating unit in every room was super required due to the cold weather. My wife and I loved it and for sure will be back again 100% recommend!”
