“I stay at the Glendale regularly to visit my daughter and granddaughter who live nearby. It is a lovely hotel above an Italian restaurant with very convenient access to Penarth train station with regular trains into nearby Cardiff. It has both single and double size rooms and I usually choose a single. The rooms are well appointed with rather basic shower facilities, tea & coffee etc. a very nice full cooked English breakfast is available (extra) and of course there is the very convenient……

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“This location is the best place to stay if you’re looking to stay in the heart of historic Cardiff with close proximity to Cardiff Castle — you really can’t beat this location and it is a short walk from Cardiff Central that was manageable even with our two large suitcases. “We had a lovely stay at Parador 44. This boutique hotel is conveniently located. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely arranged and the super size shower was wonderful. We also really appreciated the "honor bar" and the yummy continental breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!”
