“The rooms are clean, luxurious and the penthouse plunge pool was a welcome retreat. We had a room on the first floor initially but requested to be moved since the path to the penthouse pool required walking through the hotel bar. Irena at the evening reception was wonderful in facilitating the move to the 5th floor. The 1st floor room was quite dark while the 5th floor suite was much brighter with higher ceilings. I recommend booking a suite to get the higher floors on the better wing of the……

“Hotel restaurant is fairly good, bar is great, especially the waiters and bartenders are in good energangy. Location is in the city center closed to ferry station. If you are in for shopping, this is also a good place to stay with all the luxury brands around. The only problem I have is the drainage system in the shower/bath tub. The water goes down very slowly, everytime I took shower, it will take 15 minutes till the wastewater to go down completely. I notified the front desk to send someone……

“Stern was absolutely charming. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and well appointed. The downstairs bar was wonderful. You could get a drink and sit out on the veranda and watch the grand canal. Venice was super crowded the weekend we were here, but the hotel was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
