“Very welcoming staff and kind hearted folks ”

“Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you ”

“The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more.……

“We had such a lovely stay at the hotel, the facilities were lovely and clean and the hosts were extremely welcoming. It was my first time staying over in Skegness and I can safely say that if I were to come again I would stay here without hesitation. The room had everything I needed, lovely and clean and such a quiet area which was an added bonus, also within a 10 minute walk of pretty much everything you'd need which makes this location is perfect. “Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely. I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted, I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again”
