“The most amazing find on our trip! Gorgeous hotel, on the lake, with a lobby and dining area to rival the nearby historic hotels which cost 3 times as much. Staff was so heloful! Ozzy and Webby at the front desk were always asking if we needed anything and very quick to respond. The cleaning staff were always dusting or sweeping, which explains the impeccable cleanliness everywhere. Great gym, good breakfast - just a fabulous hotel!”

“Our family stayed here on a ski trip to Whiteface. The hotel is across the street from the mountain and is a great base camp, especially when you’re skiing with kids and have a lot to prep/do to get ready! We were here during a very large snow storm and the driveway was plowed and accessible even with the constant snow dumping! Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice base camp away and will spending most of your time outdoors. Beautiful view of the mountain! ”

“We were there off season so it really was very quiet and peaceful. The customer service was beyond compare and the room was large and comfortable. The balcony was perfect and the view was amazing. The pool and hot tub in the main lodge were wonderful but a bit more of a “hike” for us from the Waterfront Collection. Unfortunately I found the pool and hot tub at the Lake Lodge to be in disrepair so we did not use them despite the fact that they were closer. ”
