Restaurant lacked atmosphere. More like a service station but nice food. Could have done with a nice bar outside. There is a hub but it closes at 6 . Car park a bit far from reception ”

“Communication was great. Apartment easy to find from directions & entry was simple once i got my head around the key codes. Apartment was clean & well appointed. Little bit of wear & tear but nothing to detract from the comfort & location. Have already booked up for my next stay in one of their other apartments in the same block.”

“Overall experience is nice. We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It would be feel better if the walls refurbish, replace the old boiler and unusable cooking pan and pot. Also, the exhaust fan In the bathroom should be clean regularly. All the staffs are very nice and helpful.”

“Apartment, as described, in a stunning location. Spotlessly clean and easy check in . Nice selection of restaurants and bars on site with friendly and professional staff. Only issue was that extensive building work was taking place outside the apartment and noise started around 7.30 in the morning. It didn't spoil our stay but may need to be considered if you like a lie in.”

“This B&B hotel was beyond our expectation, really nice and warm feeling staying there. Only 10 min driving to Plymouth downtown, quite and comfortable. Nice and traditional building with good experience. Good breakfast and condition that we really enjoy staying there for 2 nights. If you want to experience traditional English style pub and food as well as feeling, Don't miss it.”

“Really enjoyed our night at Smeaton Farm, peaceful with beautiful views. Stayed just the one night after attending a nearby concert, just what we needed, warm welcome and good choice of breakfast items, made with quality ingredients, would recommend ”

“The hotel was lovely, the staff were lovely too the only downside was the hotel is on a busy 3 way junction which was noisy, especially with motorbikes revving their engines while waiting for the lights to change!! This was a pain at night, but take earplugs and its fine or if you are deaf like my husband, just take out your hearing aids out! Otherwise it was a lovely hotel, convenient to town and the Barbacan. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again”
