“This small hotel is in an absolutely perfect location, right at the heart of the historical centre of Chania. There were absolutely no problems with the self-service check-in, and the room was absolutely lovely, with some quaint features and a welcome drink and sweets. Finding a parking space close enough to the hotel can be a problem, but the manager had made some good suggestions about parking options, so ultimately that did not prove to be a massive deal. “This place is special because of the staff especially Giorgos! Not only was the place clean, comfortable, close to everything and cozy, the staff that runs it is awesome. Giorgos was incredibly accessible and easy to talk to. He was amazing from before, during and after our stay at Camere. Extremely helpful especially when we needed help getting in contact with Chania airport’s lost and found department. “I had a great experience at the Epavli Grace hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, available, and helpful. The rooftop pool/jacuzzi was also very nice and often quiet/not busy. The view on the balcony outside was not ideal but did afforded privacy. The only real problem is that the hotel is located in the city centre and there can be sudden construction as of 7am, which the staff have no notice of in advance. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the city……

“Great location in the centre of the town. The bus station is behind the hotel, easy to walk to it and taxi rank nearby too. Lots of cafes and shops on the same road too. All the staff are excellent . Was welcomed by the lovely Olga who was very helpful and gave lots of useful information about the area. Breakfast on the roof terrace was good , with nice views. Very quiet inside the hotel even though it is in the centre of town. ”

“This was a gem of a room right in the heart of old town Chania. There was all that you could need in the room like a coffee maker, glasses and great wifi speeds. Bed is very comfortable. The only thing to consider is that the room is not soundproofed so you do hear a little action on the streets below but it was nothing too hard to handle, and the blackout drapes do not fully block the lights from outside out. We are light sleepers but either didn't affect us negatively but should be noted……

“Excellent little boutique hotel. Walking distance to Old Town, lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. No view or pool, but if you just want a nice, clean, quiet, comfortable place to use as a base as you explore Chania, this is perfect.”
