“one of the friendliest hotels i have been at in a long time! rooms were very clean and they were on top of anything that was needed. breakfast was great with a lot of options. also close to so many things. ”

“Everything was great except the eggs at breakfast. Way too much salt. I don’t salt my food and could not eat them.”

“Our room was conveniently located near a stairwell that was good for us. The breakfast was prepared well.”

“1. The switch between faucet and shower head is broken. The faucet in the shower tube is leakage. 2. The water from shower head is very small. 3. Great lobby and servants.”

“The shower curtain was a little too short or the shower bar holding it too high. Water would drip on the floor and had to use many towels to clean up the water. No problem, just thought you might like to know. Your staff is exceptional and recommended several restaurants close by. ”

“I was expecting more from the room accommodations, because of the price. The restaurant was very nice with excellent service. Pricey as to be expected. However, the room was really dated and mediocre. Almost had a dingy feel. It had two landline phones, one even in the bathroom (lol), and neither worked. I drove around to 3 different locations to find ice, bc 2 out of the 3 machines were broken. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I got a really good deal. The rooms really need some……

“The staff was very friendly and helpful with the one strange exception of housekeeping. I had the sign on my door indicating i didn't want housekeeping and a guy pounded on my door anyway. Room was clean but needs some repairs. Tub stained and furniture next to bed chipped abd damaged. Matteess very lumpy. ”

“Front reception needs to learn how to greet guest. They’re the first person to represent the business, should be greeted with a smile and hello. It’s free to be nice. Each time I approach the desk which was only twice, once to check in and last to check out. The same chick don’t greet/speak with a hello, you have to speak first no good morning, how was your stay, do you need anything etc. she need to work on her customer service because that alone would make me think twice about staying there.……
