I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk. Did I mention Fahd. He serves the best food with an even better smile. Loved my stay and will come again. ”

“This is a clean, friendly, convenient place that's small but fantastic. GREAT value for the space and services. The staff members are young, friendly, and fluent in English. American University and downtown (Nile and many sightseeing attractions) nearby. Breakfast is made-to-order, not an impersonal "continental" layout. Lots of shopping, nightlife, and Metro within walking distance. The only caveat I would offer is that the tile of the floor of the shower is very slippery. I pointed this out……

“Had such a great stay at Rixos! Our favorite was the morning breakfasts on the roof, with our wonderful server Cucú (Kookoo) who would make it such a great experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and maintained well. Our room had the pyramid views that were priceless!
