“The stay overall was great. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was really good. We arrived later than expected and there were building works happening in the main hotel so someone waited for us and explained that we had been upgraded to a cottage so we weren’t disturbed by the noise. The only things were that the water out of the hot tap for the bath was not very hot, and something had been spilt next to the bed so the carpet could do with a clean. Not our first choice of hotel in Derby but a……

“Stayed in a pirate room and the theme was great and everything was decorated brilliantly. Plenty of storage space, small but sufficient room with great space saving and fun bunks for kids. Only issue was the cleanliness. There was food crumbs on the kids room ladder, sweet wrappers down the side of the shelf and chewing gum stuck to the lamp. That put a bit of a negative spin on it but if it had been cleaned properly then it's a great place to stay. ”

“Property is short walk into Mansfield town center. Apartment had all the amenities for cooking and laundry. Just downfall was no soap or shampoo or laundry powder luckily i checked in early too purchase so was not an issue but cloud imagine if i checked it late”
