“We had a great time! The staff were helpful on email and arranged our airport transfer prior to arriving. When we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and even let us check in earlier. Throughout our week, anything we needed, the staff were at hand. Day trips into Albufeira and Vilamoura cost only €2 per person and were super easy to organise with the team. “Overall the stay was great! The rooms were clean, included a closet, TV, and kitchenette. The bathroom was clean. Small counter space. If you get a double bed expect it to be two singles. The overall property was very beautiful. Many pools. A lot of the services were not working, no boat bar or hot tub. You’re not allowed to put water in the sauna. “I can't say enough about the cleanliness - I had read reviews that said it was impeccable, and it really was spotless. We also enjoyed the fact that there were always covered outdoor spots to eat. “The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful.
