“We have travelled a lot, but this hotel is outstanding for customer service. Every single member of staff is friendly, professional and appears to actually care about you. We arrived to the Jupiter Algarve with what we thought, was a confirmed reservation. However, the booking agency, never forwarded our reservation. The shock of this revelation was daunting as we could see the hotel was busy - 98% occupancy. Pedro at reception was calm, reassured us and advised us to have a drink while he……

“Loved the location. All staff very friendly and helpful. Lots to choose from at Breakfast. We left early and would miss breakfast, but was given a bag full of breakfast bits to go...nice touch. The only downside was the swimming pool, beautiful pool but absolutely freezing...such a shame.”

“Excellent hotel, all the staff from reception, restaurant, pool staff etc were excellent and very friendly! Only one small thing , the buffet breakfast could have been a bit warmer, but was very impressed with their gluten free options!will definitely return!”
