“Stay was ok, but one thing that really rubbed me the wrong way happened Saturday morning. The breakfast was available from 7 to 10. Around 6:40 I decided to see if coffee was available, as most hotels have it 24/7. As I approached the breakfast area, the room was dark, but there was somebody there getting a coffee. “Had some issues getting checked in. First was given the wrong room, then the room keys didn’t work. Staff blamed me for the keys not working which didn’t make any sense. My friend was getting very annoyed by the delays because he was really needing a nap and we just couldn’t seem to get into a room.
