“Great place to stay if you'd like to have kitchen access. Fridge, Kettle, Cups, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk provided. Bed was VERY comfortable. Bedding all clean. TV is streaming only - no regular TV channels. Could adjust the room temperature via the radiator dial. The shower is in the room, not in a separate bathroom. It didn't bother me, but it's unusual. It's not a luxurious place to stay, but it's clean, comfortable and affordable in this expensive area. The staff were extremely friendly and……

“This is how hotels should be. It was absolutely esquisite. The finishings on the building was amazing and consistent throughout and was echoed by the quality at every angle, from the welcome, to food, to service, you name it. Wonderful relaxed atmosphere and a lovely place to be. “Our go-to hotel if we need somewhere to stay before a Heathrow flight. The staff are all very friendly, food is excellent (both dinner and breakfast), plentiful parking. We stayed in an executive room this time - we liked the extra space and would book this again. Last time we were there we were helping some friends who had suffered a tragedy that day, and I managed to knock over a large G&T.
