“非常值得推荐，位于卢塞恩湖边，老板夫妻二人都很热情，员工服务态度好，我们要去哪里，非常有耐心的讲解，并且把来去的车次都打印出来，早餐也很好吃。非要说缺点就是离卢塞恩有20公里左右。重点推荐。”

“Auf den Bildern bei den Hotels.com Angeboten werden Pool-Bilder gezeigt. Nach der Buchung heisst es auf der Bestätigung, dass für das alpine SPA 100.- pro Person Aufpreis verlangt werden. In Wirklichkeit wurde uns an der Reception mitgeteilt, dass der Eintritt für 4 Stunden pro Person HF 260.- kostet. Wir waren enttäuscht von den Fehlinformationen. Ich habe auch beim Online Check-in angegeben, dass ich meinen Geburtstag feiere, jedoch habe ich beim ganzen Aufenthalt nichts davon gemerkt, dass……

“Though it is not located in the center of the main tourist sites, it is not far away from it. If you drive, it only takes 10 mins to get you to the heart of Lucerne. Plenty of free carparking lots are provided. Good scenic view as well. ”

“I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......”

“Friendly and helpful employees. Convenient location to a Migros nearby and frequent bus to Luzern bahnholf. Easy parking at the basement or the public garage opposite. The room is clean but a little bit small for a family with two kids. Boring continental breakfast with only boiled egg but very helpful in saving the budget. ”
