“Exceptional place! The general manager, Esmerelda, treats this hotel as her sacred ground. Welcoming guests with kindness, warmth and respect. The staff and hotel reflects this. The rooms are modern and absolutely spotless. The pool is sparkling. They serve a real hot breakfast. The exterior is nicely manicured. Excellent parking. And it’s less than 10 minutes to Carmel. So grateful to have found such a wonderful spot that made my vacation effortless grand. Thank you Esmerelda for your charm. ”
