“We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all.
The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!!
The hotel seems to be very “environmental friendly” where the supplies for the bathroom is extremely controlled, for example, only 1 small bottle of liquid soap for a……
“It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.”

The boat ferry station at Tremezzo is very close and convenient to hotel, which made transportation from Como train station very easy. ”
