“we've booked two same suite but at the end the hotel gave us one ensuite and one smaller room
the charge of the room are the same which we are very disappointed with this but they hotel said they don't have other room for us.
the kitchen supplies was not enough, there is no spoon / folks / knife in one of our room and I requested for it but never deliver to us.
the so call "room cleaning" service is not daily. they will not clean the bathroom bin / take your rubbish everyday.
