“The location was great and let us get to our cruise the next day with no problem. I liked the room and the complimentary water and tea in the lobby. Lobby bar was nice although always busy, but that can be a plus depending on how you’re feeling. It’s a short drive to the waterfront area and aquarium. We went to grab breakfast next door at Bites, which was lovely. Would recommend for a clean and fun spot to chill before your cruise! ”

“The service fee and the parking fee seem so high.”

“The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. My kids made a fort with blankets and the cleaning staff left that standing and made our beds with new bedding. It was great. Rico was very kind, always with a joke or a trick when we had breakfast. Breakfast was great! Only small critique is the main big pool felt like a hot tub. Otherwise, would recommend!”

“For staff and service I would of given terrible because Steven at valet/concierge stood there and watched me put all my bags/luggage on the cart and when I was finished he asked me “is there anything else in the car” I said “no I got it all now” he said “ok good”! He just wasn’t very customer service friendly,seems arrogant! I called the hotel manager Michael and he was very nice and understanding and apologetic about what occurred ( he has cool orange glasses too) but Michael is the reason I am……
