“We’ve stayed here twice already. It’s an unbeatable location with beach access on a pristine quiet beach. It’s next to a river full of palm trees with a jungle look. The property is huge with a large private lawn/garden. The only ding on this listing is that it’s an outdated beach bungalow. It’s overpriced for the accommodations but we still go back because the location is amazing.”

“Great Location & view. Easy parking for our 3 cars. Plenty of room. Well appointed kitchen. Walk to uncrowded beach, but watch out for locals driving on beach. Comfortable beds. Lots of beach stuff, chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels. Neighbor is friendly, has 5 dogs, mostly quiet, but occasional short barking frenzy.”

“Pictures do not fully express how lovely this home and location is. The house was great and had everything we needed. And the location was absolutely fantastic; we spent hours on the beach, boogie boarding, swimming, and playing in the sand, with almost no one else there. We even saw turtles surfing the waves. We loved the privacy and gorgeous vistas from every window. A true gem. ”

“We have stayed at many properties on the island. This property is by far my favorite and property manager most attentive. This property is amazing! “We had stayed here with our sons a few times, beginning before the nice remodel and a name change. We've also stayed at several other properties over the years. This had the best stock of supplies and amenities. Access to Kapa'a for groceries is great if you like to have snacks around and like to make meals yourself once in a while. There are also decent restaurants available. We had a plumbing issue which was addressed almost instantly. It's nice to know that property management……
