“Great House with lots of room to spread out. It was a short stroll to the ocean where we watched the sunrise while having a good morning cup of coffee. The kids enjoyed playing on the beach and running from the surf. As we went on adventures away from the house we learned to get on the road before 10 AM to avoid the traffic.”

“Our stay here was exactly what we were looking for. With 2 infants under 2 years old, having the beach right there and a hot tub was the perfect set-up. The house was ready for our arrival, clean, and easily accessible. The downstairs rooms really drown out the roosters in the morning and the neighbor's dogs allowing the babies to get a good night sleep. The upper room was a little nosier but with the box fan blowing it really helped with the noise. The roosters start making noise about……

“We’ve stayed here twice already. It’s an unbeatable location with beach access on a pristine quiet beach. It’s next to a river full of palm trees with a jungle look. The property is huge with a large private lawn/garden. The only ding on this listing is that it’s an outdated beach bungalow. It’s overpriced for the accommodations but we still go back because the location is amazing.”

“Absolutely impressive home! TONS of room, we are already looking to plan our return…nice & quiet, absolutely everything you need for your vacation and a WHOLE lot more. There was never a dull moment, from the football with a great yard on the beach to basketball, to the card games, board games, steps to the beach, snorkel gear, or just curling up in one of the MANY places to read a good book or listen to a podcast. We haven’t laughed so hard and enjoyed each other in several years, as it’s hard……

“We loved this little piece of paradise. Great beach access and close to plenty of things to do and places to eat in Kapaa. Plenty of gear for snorkeling, bogey boarding, and chilling on the beach. Great mini market right down the road with fresh tuna poke and sushi every day! The Ginger House is well equipped for the chef and the grill master! The host was very responsive and had great recommendations for everything Kauai. We will be back soon!”

Anything you could possibly want for a relaxing stay in Kauai! Highly recommend this place we enjoyed it so much. We booked another week for next year.”
