“The hotel experience was amazing - the staff who works there is extremely attentive and wonderful! They are eager to give you recommendations for places to eat and visit, and assist you with anything you need. The breakfast was wholesome and the rooms are clean with smart TV and really good AC, not to mention very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience we experienced was the mini fridge did not work. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!”

“Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if……

Was man aber generell beachten muss ist, dass es sehr viele Treppen und Steigungen zu überwinden gibt. Neapel ist nichts für mobil eingeschränkte Personen wenn man die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden möchte. ”

“The owner of the property and the housekeeper are so kind. They are the kindest people whom I met in Italy. Room is very clean, there is no mold or dirt at all. There are lots of amenities such as shampoo, body soap, body moisturizer, cotton pads and cotton buds, and hand wash. Thank you!!”

“siamo stati in questa struttura purtroppo solo per 1 notte su 3 giorni totali, hotel davvero top in una zona molto vicino al lungomare, ci siamo mossi sempre con taxi (prenotato nella hall) perche la metro per lavori era chiusa. personale super gentile e premuroso, colazione ricca a buffet. ho usufruito anche del parcheggio, eccezionali anche li! appena avremmo modo di tornare a Napoli sicuramente sappiamo già dove soggiornare :D”
