I wish they can improve more on guest communication as there is no physical reception. Especially I didn't receive any online check-in info via email so it brought me some difficulties to get inside the hotel and did the check-in procedures. The hotel always asked me to get help from the restaurant downstairs to the hotel but reality is that the restaurant was not helpful at all with the hotel guests.”
