“Very clean place with modern interior design and I love Weesp with its vibe. I wish they can improve more on guest communication as there is no physical reception. Especially I didn't receive any online check-in info via email so it brought me some difficulties to get inside the hotel and did the check-in procedures. The hotel always asked me to get help from the restaurant downstairs to the hotel but reality is that the restaurant was not helpful at all with the hotel guests.”

“難忘的住宿經驗！從沒住過飯店人員水準這麼高的，從下車起門口的飯店人員就親切的打招呼幫忙提行李，辦理入住時櫃檯人員也是親切招呼解說，在這住了兩個晚上是我最難忘的飯店。 房間很新，不算大，天花板很高沒有壓迫感。 浴室 和廁所分開，寬廣舒適。 床頭設有Type-C的充電孔。飯店有個Lounge 有提供咖啡等給房客使用。 來阿姆斯特丹這幾天風大雨大，本來壞了好心情，最後兩個晚上可說是讓整趟旅行有個非常完美的結尾。 這家飯店的同仁親切感是前所未有的體驗，下次去阿姆斯特丹一定會再次入住。”

“1. 住了三天，到第2天才有收拾房間，還要自己申請。 2.收拾完後，床有短頭髮，曲的，不肯定是陰毛還是頭髮。（我自己本身是長頭髮的）。而且是非常非常的皺、不整齊。 3. 房間非常多塵埃，不論是咖啡機、燈，都是。 4. 並沒有提供一次性的用品，就算在平板電腦上要求了，還是沒有提供。 5. 在平板電腦上面要求多要三條毛巾，最後只有兩條，要求要其他一次性的用品，也沒有給。 ＊＊6. 最重要的是：這幾天晚上，只要我一關燈，房間的右邊和左邊都會出現「搭、搭」的聲響，大概二三十秒一次——讓我睡不着覺，而且那個聲音出現是沒有規律的，我有數過秒數，數不到規律出來。明明房間的左邊和右邊都是沒有其他房間的，這件事很可怕。我開了燈之後，這個聲音出現的頻率少了很多，白天的時候，這個聲音是沒有出現的。我是基督徒，但是還是感到很無奈，因為吵得我睡不着覺！！ 7. 還有就是，在第二天收拾房間之後，在浴室裏面的地板出現一條濕的毛巾，這是想怎麼樣？是想我自己收拾？床旁邊的桌子移開之後，也沒有移回去，桌面上的垃圾，也沒有收拾。 8.……
