“Chef Rob runs an amazing hotel. It was our first time in Hopkins, and we look forward to returning. Can’t say enough great things about this place. A must stay if you want to enjoy the coastal beauty of Belize without the crowds of Placencia and San Pedro. ”

“The Lodge is beautiful in the middle of a lush jungle area. The rooms are very cozy and the whole structure is perfectly integrated in the environment. Excellent food and most importantly the kindness of all the stuff. Worth staying several days”

“This was our second time staying at Caribbean Shores. It's clean, comfortable, and the setting is very relaxing. The hot water wasn't working properly in our shower, but it was at least warmer than the solar showers where we stayed prior. Everything is relative. :). This property is a little ways out of Hopkins Village proper, but there are restaurants in short walking distance. It's also not on the beach, but we weren't looking for that since we liked the location for access to……
