“We stayed for the Fourth of July weekend. The cottage was clean, well equipped and quite lovely. The location was ideal for access to beaches, dining, and entertainment - all under a 30-minute drive away. We will certainly consider visiting again.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much.They put alot of thought into what we would need for our convenience. very cleanthe only thing we found uncomfortable was the couch otherwise everything else was perfect”

“Prudence island is a one of a kind place. The dock and mooring are perfect for our boat. We spent our days riding bikes, boating to Bristol, going to the lighthouse beach, and picking blueberries on the farm. The cottage is always a perfect home base during our stay!”

“This cozy home is in a great location in a nice neighborhood and right on the water. The owner had several kayaks and a canoe that we enjoyed using. The owner was very helpful and communicative. She was very generous and had all supplies and towels fully stocked. We appreciated this very much! We visited at the beginning of August and the weather was perfect! This house is listed as having two bathrooms. The house does not have two bathrooms. It has one small bathroom and an outdoor shower that……

“Great place to get away and simply be. Quiet, peaceful, picturesque. Definitely a driving destination as grocery/restaurants are a distant walk. House is charming and in a quaint neighborhood, lets you settle in as a local. ”

“This space was absolutely perfect for two dad- aged guys. Joan made the check in process seamless, and was proactively communicating prior to arrival to make sure we were on the same page. I was greeted by Marty upon arrival, a delightful and friendly cat who had coffee with me in the morning. The cottage was clean, had dishes, a full fridge, and a gas stove. There was also a Kurig for coffee with plenty of pods. We are quiet people and appreciated the quiet neighborhood, but the beach and cliff……

We had an amazing time the property manager and maintenance person was very approachable and helpful when we had a small issue. Would definitely come back again. “We were in RI for a wedding. The 2 bedroom home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and bathroom had plenty of towels for us. It is conveniently located to Newport. We found a great coffee shop nearby and a bagel shop too. We would definitely look to spend time here again.”

“I stayed for a week in late July with my family. My husband has so much family on Prudence and he practically grew up here so we love this location to begin with. This cottage was exactly what I hoped for when spending the week…so charming and comfy and with so much history too! The view was spectacular and my son loved being near the Prudence variety store too. My favorite room was the enclosed front porch, a gorgeous view while eating your meals and great spot to relax. The kitchen was stocked……

“Location is convenient but unattractive. Right next to a gas station and on a busy road. The cottage itself is great, but we had to keep all windows closed at all times. ”

“Everyone in our group (me, my sister, my husband, and my dog) thought this cottage was perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living room was comfortable, the deck was lovely, and the view was gorgeous. Nearby Colt park was awesome; we went there several times and enjoyed the walks and the view. We ate at Flo's and Salsa Burrito, as well as Provencal bakery, and all were great. Overall, just a wonderful vacation.”

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
