We listened to birds sing, watched the sun rise at a nearly by nature preserve, turned the beautiful, nearby church yard of the historic St. Columba chapel, and drove to the nearby, sandy Middletown beaches. “We really enjoyed our stay in Portsmouth. The host was responsive and stayed in contact during the stay. Check in was easy and the location was perfect! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets each night and the fenced in yard was perfect for our younger guests. Quiet street and perfect for a family vacation!”

“Everyone in our group (me, my sister, my husband, and my dog) thought this cottage was perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked, the living room was comfortable, the deck was lovely, and the view was gorgeous. Nearby Colt park was awesome; we went there several times and enjoyed the walks and the view. We ate at Flo's and Salsa Burrito, as well as Provencal bakery, and all were great. Overall, just a wonderful vacation.”

“This cozy home is in a great location in a nice neighborhood and right on the water. The owner had several kayaks and a canoe that we enjoyed using. The owner was very helpful and communicative. She was very generous and had all supplies and towels fully stocked. We appreciated this very much! We visited at the beginning of August and the weather was perfect! This house is listed as having two bathrooms. The house does not have two bathrooms. It has one small bathroom and an outdoor shower that……
