“This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We enjoy the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was spacious, clean and water pressure was good. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy to walk or Uber to lots of restaurants, bars and attractions. The pool and hot tub were clean and towels well stocked. The temperature of the water was a bit uncomfortable though. The pool was a little too cold and the hot tub too hot to really enjoy for……
“I’m not much of a traveler yet, but this hotel really went above what I expected considering the charge for the stay. Will most definitely recommend to friends and family. Cleanliness, staff, decor, everything was A1. If you’re tired of the bleak, standard hotel decor, come to Moxy. In Richmond VA particularly, it’s perfectly situated in downtown, surrounded by everything an out of towner might be interested in, including a large parking garage directly next to the hotel. “This hotel was gorgeous! We arrived late so we didn’t spend any time around the area so I'm not sure how that is. I will say it is very loud especially at night outside. I swear the same car kept driving back and forth on the street outside of our room and it was SO loud that was the only thing we weren’t happy with. ”
