Het werd wel op een professionele manier aangepakt en opgelost door de beheerster. Wij kregen een tijdelijke kamer voor onze eerste nacht en de eerstvolgende ochtend mochten we verhuizen naar een studio, zoals wij gereserveerd hebben. Als compensatie kregen aan het eind van onze verblijf een lekkere ontbijt, gemaakt door de beheerster zelf. De accommodatie was verder netjes,……

“We booked this property last minute as we had our flight cancelled and thought we would be stuck for a few days due to weather back home. Yes, it says non-refundable, but it didn't matter at the time of booking. We thought we wouldn't be able to go home and all the hotels were booked. Within an hour of booking we got news that we had a flight. I immediately contacted the property and asked for a waiver to cancel the reservation. She acted like it would be no problem but after a few weeks of back……

“This place is beautiful, private and quiet. The owners have thought of every deatil to make the trip seemless and relaxing. The garden was beautiful, the pool relaxing and the rooms just perfect. The owners were so delightful and check-in and check-out was so easy. I will defintely be recommending to friends and family. ”
