“Lovely receptionist. Quickly checked in. Everything is within walking distance, especially the M&S food hall. Comfy bed, and overall clean. Some things are a bit dated, but nothing to worry about. I would stay here again.”

“Never been to Watford (from US) but took a chance. Turned out to be an amazing place. Cool old UK pub and above, modern chic rooms. Ann Maria was the bartender and hotel host and she was outstanding and a hoot. She treated us like family from the moment she met us. Sean the manager treated us the exact same way. Brought my daughter, son and son in law to the pub and they loved it as well. Walking distance to Watford Junction station and a great little coffee spot called Viento just around the……

“Super friendly check in clerk. Breakfast was included in our stay. The beds were comfy! We stayed here to tour WB studios; it was about a 10 minute uber ride. It’s right across from the train station so easily walkable. ”

“Absolutely wonderful hot breakfast. Made to order items and other options available. Rooms were clean, blackout curtains made sleep easy and our suite even had two toilets, which we have never seen in a hotel before but was so helpful having 4 in our room. ”

“如题，非常棒。女王和邱吉尔都曾住过的庄园，08年改建成酒店。地方很大，草地树林池塘适合散步，就是远了一点，如果没车的话有些不便，不过可以通过酒店叫车。服务很好，建筑和服务能让人体会到典型的英国风！”

“Staff were very good, we arrived quite late at night because of the train mishap. It was raining and cold, we were made welcome and shown to rooms until we were happy with the choice!, room was warm clean and tidy. Breakfast was great lunch was delicious. A wonderful memorable stay will go again definitely!”

“Can't fault it! just a walk away from luton town cente. Few issues with parking but got sorted. Staff were helpful and freindly. Wouldn't recommend going in the town centre after dark, quite an uncomfortable experiance.”
