“I visited Sarajevo with my family in early May and stayed for a weekend. I was there with my spouse, 6 year old son and in-laws. “This stay was part of a multi country itinerary. While the actual stay was good, my post-stay interaction was a trial. Items left in the safe were held and subject of multiple attempts at calls and emails to little avail. Only through a tour driver was i able to recover my currency wallet. The hotel seemed to block me most of the time. ”
