From the friendly welcome received on check-in to the cleanliness of the room allocated, everything was absolutely perfect for the overnight stay. “A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful.”
