“Right in the old city centre. Check in location is about 100M away and no porter service. You have to move your baggage on the rocky road. Expensive and difficult to locate parking point.”

“Good location, classical and beautiful building, small but clean room, with very nice and warm staff. The delicious breakfast and coffee deeply impressed us. We feel at home in this hotel. “Super Blick auf die Berge und den See. Das ist echt das beste Hotel mit so einer Aussicht. Frühstück war richtig lecker. Das Abendessen hat uns auch total gefallen – es gibt zwar nicht viele Gerichte, aber die sind echt gut gemacht und die Weinauswahl ist groß. Im rechten Gebäude, wo wir gewohnt haben, sind die Zimmer natürlich günstiger, aber die Möbel sind schon ziemlich alt. Der Balkon ist leider total ungepflegt. Dafür sind die Betten super und das Zimmer war sauber. Für den Preis ist das……

“Overall great apartment for anyone traveling with family or good friends. A very spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay. It is simply amazing to overlook the white mountains at the balcony. Free parking just at the basement which is convenient for any travellers who drive. Yet, it was a bit hard to find the reception to check in and there was construction noise in the morning during our stay.”

“Though it is not located in the center of the main tourist sites, it is not far away from it. If you drive, it only takes 10 mins to get you to the heart of Lucerne. Plenty of free carparking lots are provided. Good scenic view as well. ”

“Amazing location. The only problem and it is minor, is that the check-in process is a bit confusing. A little nerve wracking standing in a foreign space wondering if you're going to have a room. Overall though, we'd go back. ”
