“Wonderful place to stay away from the Dallas traffic, but close to amenities, restaurants of north Dallas area. 10 minute drive into Frisco. The house itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable sitting areas and sleeping quarters. Kitchen has everything you need, and host left complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. “I stayed at this property with one other friend when we attended my niece's baby shower. My niece was literally around the corner in the community. The house was very, very comfortable and clean. I stayed here because there are no close hotels. I am glad I had this option as it was so much better than a hotel. Thank you for the use of your property!”

“The location and grounds were great! We had a little trouble finding some basic items - remotes, light switches. Having a binder with all the details would be very helpful (wifi passwords, codes, how to reach manager, where to put trash, check out procedures, etc). Our negative about the stay - we had multiple people come to the property while we were staying who did not introduce themselves and we weren't given awareness they would be coming, it overall gave as an uncomfortable feeling. “The Grand is a nice property. Very quiet and clean with a friendly staff. Appreciate the urn of ice water available in the lobby. It's well situated downtown. Very happy with my room. The bed was huge! The room did get a bit stuffy at night even with the ceiling fan. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Very much enjoyed my short stay. Visited family so definitely staying at The Grand again. ”
