They also have a shuttle that will take you around town at a reasonable price, or you can call a taxi in five minutes. Great apartment amenities. But what really made this place stand out was the incredible service provided by Muhamed at the front desk, who went way out of his way to try to fix something for us that had nothing to do with the hotel. “I visited Sarajevo with my family in early May and stayed for a weekend. I was there with my spouse, 6 year old son and in-laws. Our experience was simply amazing and one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. “This stay was part of a multi country itinerary. While the actual stay was good, my post-stay interaction was a trial. Items left in the safe were held and subject of multiple attempts at calls and emails to little avail. Only through a tour driver was i able to recover my currency wallet. The hotel seemed to block me most of the time. ”
