We found what will be our "go to" property in Melbourne Beach.I just can't say enough good things about this property and how relaxed our visit was!I would like to rent this for an entire month next year!BTW, the photos are up to date.And, for Tesla owners, there is a real Tesla Home Charger!This is a Great Property!”

“Mermaid beach House is in a great location. Island living! Short walk to the beach for the sunrise and close to the river for sunsets! Bed is very comfortable. Has a very strong musty smell. Could use a deep clean & dehumidifier. And should have larger air conditioners especially in the bedroom area.”
